Bring a laptop, (preferably with a mouse) with Lightroom 2.6 or higher installed. If you do not already own Lightroom 2, a fully functional trial can be downloaded at www.adobe.com.

Learn what Lightroom can do for you.
•Import images in to Lightroom from your hard drive, memory card, CD etc.
•Organize and tonally correct hundreds of images quickly.
•Key word images for easy searches.
•Make the most of your images- the 16bit imaging space allows greater and more natural looking improvements to digital images.
•Quick clicks in the Quick Develop allow multiple images to be brightened and color corrected far faster than other programs that process images “one at a time”.
•Export images to the size and quality you need for a website, email, or to be printed at larger sizes.
•See how Lightroom works with Photoshop CS series and Elements- images sent for further editing in these programs are copied in the Lightroom Library- after processing the saved and improved image appears in the Lightroom Library automatically.
We will also touch on some of Lightroom's other modules including Slideshow and Print.
Sample images will be provided for importing and processing in the Lightroom Library.
